Three Cheers!!! The writers strike is finally over. I almost hate to admit it but I’m glad the strike is over. I mean really! Every night it’s the same damn thing… death, destruction, suicide bombings, actresses overdosing on drugs, war, kids shooting up schools.Talk about the monotony of re-run’s…. and that’s the news. So, Yes… I’m glad the strike is over. Now maybe the people who really write the news will come back to work and we’ll get some real news for a change.
. .. and that is for those who can’t tell tongue-firmly-in-cheek from simply cheeky.
